The Japanese chemical screw Corporation is working to develop the use of carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials (CFRP) screws products. CFRP is a use of the fibers of the carbon fiber reinforced resin, in the base material using the curable, with a flame-retardant epoxy resin.
The company is also developing the use of plastic resin, and manufacturing methods that can greatly reduce the cost of production. It is reported that the recent combination of high strength, high rigidity, lightweight material concern in Japan, expanding the application of these materials in the constant pursuit of lightweight aircraft and automobile.
